Seva Health coaches are Board-Certified through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches and have successfully met the standards of the National Board Exam.

While therapy and medication are great resources for brain health, adding mind-body practices can make a big difference. Our mind-body includes working with individuals to develop coping skills for brain health.

Individuals are free to choose their own path. If they want to use just brain health coaching, they can, or if they would like to incorporate yoga therapy, they can do that also.
Seva Health knows the importance of learning mindfulness at a young age. Currently, we offer mindfulness, yoga, stress management, and healthy living classes in area schools. Our yoga classes are available for all grades and all levels of ability. We love teaching yoga to athletes and joining them before or after practice. We also enjoy attending physical education classes and bigger, faster, stronger classes to help students learn how yoga can impact their lives. In addition, we are open to individual class room yoga and mindfulness time. Contact us for more information.
